No Mercy Wednesday is EXTREME!! But it is worth every penny! I love that Brandon gives a hard way, to push yourself, but he also give an option of a easier way. He is attentive and he interacts with the entire group. No Mercy Wednesday is a must!
GREAT WORKOUT!!! First experience tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have along way to go, but with Brandons help I will get there…THANKS BRANDON!!!
